Complete public toilet renovations to client’s specification in male, female and disabled concourse toilets along with male, female and disabled platform toilets. This consisted of removing all partitions and linings them with an anti-graffiti, anti-vandalism glasboard sheeting and fabricating custom aluminium channels and capping to account for increased partition wall and door thickness. Other duties included industrial cleaning and water blasting, interior and exterior painting, custom joinery, converting a storage room into a new cleaner’s room, installation of artwork during SCAS Closure, tile & paver repairs, as well as handrail fabrication and installation.
